Ceud Mìle Fàilte (A Hundred Thousand Welcomes). The IARR 2026 Main Conference will be held Wednesday, July 8 to Sunday, July 12 in Glasgow, Scotland! The city of Glasgow is just four hours by train from London and a major airline hub served by three international airports. Gateway to the Scottish Highlands and less than an hour by train from Edinburgh, Glasgow is a highly desirable destination for those wishing to tour parts of Scotland prior to or after the conference. Equally important, Glasgow itself boasts a rich architectural heritage, award-winning (and free!) museums, and a vibrant arts and cultural scene (e.g., it is home to the Scottish Opera, the Scottish Ballet, and the National Theatre of Scotland). The conference will be held in the Technology and Innovation Centre at the University of Strathclyde. The University of Strathclyde is a 10-minute walk from major rail stations and just five minutes from City Hall, shopping at Merchant City, and numerous restaurants and accommodation options amenable to all budgets. When registering, please note the following: 1. To register at the member rate, you need to use the email address associated with your IARR membership. 2. The button to register is at the very bottom of the registration screen right below the pictures of payment options (credit cards). 3. Payment in full via credit card through this portal is required for conference registration. No other forms of invoicing/payment are accepted (as such, please disregard the invoice option). 4. Early bird registration ends on June 1, 2026. Registration rates increase after that date.
NOTE: Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, we are unable to create invoices or do billing for the conference outside of our registration system. All payments must be made via credit card through the registration portal.
