IARR is interested in collecting accurate and detailed demographic data on members, as we believe it is a critical means of establishing baseline information on member diversity and keeping track of our progress on enhancing, supporting, and retaining a diverse member body. Demographic data collected by IARR are kept confidential and only presented in aggregate and you are not required to answer any specific question if you are uncomfortable.
